Galileo Search, LLC has a career opportunity for an experienced Business Development / Account Management Specialist to join our Atlanta based team!

As a Business Development / Account Management Specialist with Galileo Search, you will prospect and sell both direct hire and contract staffing services across all 50 states.  This includes both sourcing new clients as well as developing new business with existing ones. 

Core Responsibilities:

·             Prospecting through research, networking, and cold calling

·             Consultative / intangible selling of contingency search & staffing services

·             Developing and implementing appropriate sales strategies

·             Evaluating and understanding prospect and client goals, challenges, industry, organization

·             Defining client search requirements

·             Fee negotiation and contract administration

·             Writing thorough and highly engaging ad copy  

·             Ongoing account management & development

·             Working with our informatics staff to plan, organize, and source qualified candidates via digital       marketing and advertising campaigns

·             Working with recruiting staff to plan, organize, source, screen, and present qualified candidates

·             Arranging / coordinating interviews as needed

·             Acting as customer service and problem resolution lead with clients

·             Facilitating negotiations to successful completion

·             Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction

·             Assisting with other job related duties as needed

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of search and/or staffing firm sales experience
  • Healthcare industry search or staffing experience highly preferred but will consider training the right individual
  • Highly motivated by earning income via a performance based model
  • A genuine sense of urgency to make things happen and to achieve measurable results in a timely fashion
  • Self motivated and self managing
  • Highly ethical and integrity driven
  • Mature and responsible
  • Eager to learn and grow your professional knowledgebase
  • Proven relationship building skills

  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills  
  • Creative thinker and with above average writing skills
  • Computer literacy: Ability to navigate and operate office systems (PC, word processing, database, Internet) in an accurate and timely manner      
  • A true passion for sales and business development 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
